Jessica Ellis

Jessica is an award-winning film composer that has written for short films across a multitude of genres. In 2021, she won her first award for ‘Best Music’ in a Short Film at the ScreenPower Film Festival in London, and was a selected finalist for ‘Best Score’ at the British Short Film Awards. She is also a cellist, completing her 8th grade exam in 2016 and has participated in orchestras such as the Flagship Sydney Youth Orchestra. With them, she has performed in prestigious venues such as ANZ Stadium, the Opera house, and touring venues through the UK and Ireland in 2019. As a cellist in the film music industry, Jessica has found a new love for performing in her own music, deepening her passion for composing.
